Ingredients
30 g chia seeds
200 ml oat or almond milk
1 small, ripe banana
0.5 teaspoon lemon juice
2 scoops Flor Balance chocolate
Optional 1 scoop of cacao pow(d)er
Fruit of your choice
Preparation
1. Mix the chia seeds with all remaining ingredients and place in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
2. Pour the pudding into a bowl and garnish with fruit.
