Who we are
Advanced Food AG is an innovative company based in the university town of Marburg, Hesse, and was founded as a start-up by the university itself. The team led by founder Genevieve Larsen follows the idea of female foundership and specialises in functional products with real added value and enjoyment factor. Their mission: to combine high-quality, natural ingredients with modern nutritional concepts – for healthy eating without sacrifice.
Our motto: Less sugar, more benefit
We develop nutrient-rich, low-sugar products that you can easily integrate into your everyday life – for your health and conscious sugar reduction. This helps you stay energetic, feel good all round and remain fit for the challenges of everyday life.
As a young company, we see ourselves at the interface between a modern, fully digitalised food producer and the sustainability requirements of a modern, resource-conscious society. AI-supported decision-making processes are used on a daily basis in product development, all sales channels and our marketing strategy planning.
PURELITE® products are already available in eight EU countries, and further expansion of sales markets is currently underway.
Genevieve's personal platform is self-created and, in addition to her social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, it creates a direct connection to the community.

We only use 100% natural ingredients of the highest quality and completely avoid traditional and artificial sweeteners and artificial flavors. We also reduce the number of ingredients to a minimum to ensure transparency and naturalness.

Sustainability
Our goal is to actively contribute to a more sustainable world. For this reason, many of our products are vegan and we use environmentally friendly packaging that meets the standards of the FSC® organization

Together with the University of Marburg and based on the latest scientific findings, we develop products that are essential for human health and offer great added value. All of our products are manufactured under strict certification measures and meet the highest quality standards.
Sustainability
In times of increasing automation, values such as sustainability, climate and environmental protection, as well as fair trade between those involved will become more important and play an ever greater role - both in online and stationary retail. However, it is precisely these values that can fade into the background in the course of ever-increasing globalization and the associated monopolization of large sales platforms - even though they are important for the functioning and cohesion of a society, not only in times of crisis.
The environmentally conscious use of our resources is an important element of our philosophy. That is why our packaging complies with the internationally valid guidelines of the FSC® organization. (FSC® certification Germany). Furthermore, we always treat our partners fairly. Because a loyal customer who is convinced of our services is the greatest praise we receive.
