Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Advanced Food AG, Wettergasse 9, 35037 Marburg, Germany, info@advancedfood.de, Phone: +49 (0) 6421 95 29 00) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is significant, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

• Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

• For digital content/products, the right of withdrawal expires when the contract is executed, i.e. when the booked workshop or stream starts, or when a webinar is attended or downloaded.
