Ingredients
250 ml kefir
200 g strawberries (frozen or fresh)
3 tablespoons oat flakes
1 Scoop Flor Balance Pow(d)er vanilla
Preparation
1.Mix all ingredients together. If you like, add ice cubes.
2. Pour the shake into a glass, place a strawberry on the rim of the glass and decorate with oat flakes if desired.
