Ingredients
150 ml milk
100 g low-fat curd cheese
120 g blueberries
1 Scoop FLOR BALANCE POW(D)ER vanilla
3 tablespoons ground almonds
Preparation
1.Put everything in a blender or use a hand blender to puree into a creamy shake.
2. Pour into a container of your choice and enjoy!
