Probably the best known and most popular spice during the Christmas season. Cinnamon is obtained from the inner bark of the cinnamon tree, which contains the particularly effective cinnamon oil. The antimicrobial properties are excellent in the fight against annoying cold viruses during the cold season.
Star anise
The beautiful star-shaped spice has been used in Chinese medicine for thousands of years. The ingredient anethole has an expectorant effect, which is why anise is used for dry coughs and bronchitis. The antibacterial and antiviral properties also make anise an effective spice. With its intense and warm taste from a mixture of liquorice, cloves and fennel seeds, rock anise can refine tea, mulled wine or cookies.
cardamom

Carnations
The small brown flower buds are used for medicinal purposes all over the world. Cloves contain important antioxidants and are used for bad breath and toothache. They can help combat inner restlessness, exhaustion and lack of motivation.
