How to melt chocolate properly
The best method for melting chocolate—especially high-quality chocolate such as our PURELITE Drops—is to use a double boiler. This means placing a second pot without a base/bottom in contact with the first, larger pot, which is filled with a little water. This keeps the temperature under control and prevents the chocolate from burning or becoming grainy.
