Description
These protein chocolate cups are the perfect low-carb snack for between meals: creamy, chocolatey, and full of healthy fats and protein. Ideal for a sweet treat with no added sugar—and no guilty conscience.
Ingredients
• 100 g sugar-free protein chocolate (melted)
• 3 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter (creamy)
• 1 pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation
1. Prepare muffin or chocolate molds.
2. Put a teaspoon of melted chocolate into each mold and spread it lightly up to the edge.
3. Place a small dollop of nut butter in the middle.
4. Cover with the remaining chocolate until everything is well sealed.
5. Allow to set in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes or in the freezer for 10 minutes.
