These soft protein chocolate cookies take just a few minutes to make and require only three simple ingredients. Perfect as a quick, healthy snack on the go or with coffee – completely free of refined sugar, but with extra protein thanks to your chocolate.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana (mashed)
2 tablespoons oatmeal
2 tablespoons chopped sugar-free protein chocolate
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).
2. Mix the banana with the oatmeal and protein chocolate.
3. Place small mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for about 10–12 minutes until they are lightly golden brown.
5. Let them cool or enjoy them while they're still warm!
