Ingredients
160 g Cocoa Drops whole milk
130 g peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
1 pinch of salt
Preparation
1. Place the Cocoa Drops and peanut butter in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat. Stir until melted.
2. Pour the mixture into a cake or casserole dish lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with sea salt.
3. Refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight until the mixture has set. Cut into cubes and serve. The fudge will keep in the refrigerator for about one week.
