The perfect way to start your day with a creamy, refreshing berry smoothie. Simply wonderfully refreshing, fruity and sweet, it reminds me a bit of the beach and vacation.
Ingredients
150 g frozen berry mix
1 banana
50 g yoghurt of your choice
30 g oat flakes
1 Scoop Collagen POW(D)ER vanilla
1 teaspoon chia or flax seeds
Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
