Ingredients
70 g oat flakes
20 g ground linseed
2 tablespoons Peanut Pow(d)er with dates
200 ml soy drink vanilla
1 handful of blueberries
1/2 apple
Some walnuts
Preparation
1. Mix the oat flakes, linseed and peanut powder with the milk in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat.
2. Pour the porridge into a bowl and garnish with the fruit and nuts.
