Description
Low-sugar chocolate mousse to sweeten those sweet moments even more. Quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
4 pieces of banana (frozen)
2 pieces of avocado
50 g dark cocoa drops
2 tablespoons hazelnut butter
Preparation
1. Peel bananas and freeze for 4 hours.
2.Put frozen bananas, avocados and hazelnut butter in a bowl and blend with a hand blender.
3. Carefully melt the cocoa drops in a water bath and gently fold them into the mixture.
4. Pour the mousse into a suitable bowl and decorate with fruit or nuts.
