Ingredients
2 avocados (ripe)
1 banana (ripe)
4 tablespoons Collagen Pow(d)er chocolate
1 tablespoon optional maple syrup
1 pinch(s) of salt
Preparation
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree on the highest setting.
2. If the avocado mousse is not sweet or chocolatey enough, add a little maple syrup or cocoa powder.
3. Place in the fridge for a short time and enjoy.
