6 tablespoons oatmeal
1 tablespoon Date Powder
0.5 cup(s) milk of your choice
A little cinnamon
1 small apple
1 handful of nuts of your choice
Preparation
1. Heat the oat flakes with the date powder and the milk in a small saucepan while stirring.
2. When the oat flakes are soft, put the porridge in a bowl and garnish with cinnamon, apple and nuts.
