Ingredients
2 pieces of chicken breast
4 tablespoons Peanut Pow(d)er with dates
4 tablespoons soy sauce
Some water
Preparation
1.First, place a few wooden skewers in water so that they can absorb the water.
2.In the next step, mix the peanut powder with the soy sauce in a sufficiently large bowl. You may need to add a little water to make the sauce thicker.
3.Cut the chicken breast into strips and marinate in the marinade for a few minutes.
4.Put the chicken breast strips on the wooden skewers, grill them or fry them in a pan for about 10 minutes and enjoy.
