Ingredients

Ingredients Base
1 cup oat flour
1 cup Peanut Pow(d)er with dates
0.5 cups apple puree
0.5 cups peanut butter
1 pinch of salt

Ingredients Peanut Layer
1 cup peanut butter
0.5 cups chopped peanuts

Ingredients caramel layer
15 dates
0.5 teaspoon vanilla
0.5 cups water

Ingredients chocolate layer
80 g Cocoa Drops dark chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preparation

1. Mix the ingredients for the base together and knead thoroughly. Press the finished dough into the baking dish lined with baking paper. Make sure that the dough is evenly thick. This requires a little patience. Then put the base in the preheated oven at 150°C for 10 minutes.

2. Mix the ingredients for the peanut layer together and spread over the cooled biscuit base. Then place in the fridge.

3. Place the dates in hot water for 10 minutes. This makes further processing easier. Then puree the pitted dates with water and vanilla in a blender until you get a smooth mixture. Spread this date mixture on the peanut layer and put the whole thing back in the fridge.

4. Heat the cocoa drops over a water bath or in the microwave and pour over the bar mixture.

5. Place the finished peanut chocolate bar mixture in the fridge for at least ½ hour. Then cut the mixture into individual bars with a sharp knife and enjoy.
