Our Matcha Porridge is the perfect way to start your day full of energy! This delicious breakfast combines the creamy texture of oatmeal with the invigorating taste of matcha.
Matcha, a finely ground green tea, is not only rich in antioxidants and nutrients, but also gives this porridge a wonderful green color and a gentle taste.
Ingredients
250 ml oat drink
50 g oat flakes
2 teaspoons Matcha Pow(d)er
1 banana
2 teaspoons chopped almonds
Some raspberries to decorate
Preparation
1. Mash 1/2 banana with a fork.
2. Bring the oat drink to the boil on the stove and stir in the oat flakes and the Matcha Pow(d)er.
3. Simmer for 3-4 minutes and finally add the mashed banana.
4. Decorate with the remaining banana, raspberries and nuts.
