Ingredients
125 g frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
2 scoops of collagen pow(d)er coconut
Some plant-based milk
Preparation
1. Process the strawberries, banana and collagen powder with a dash of plant-based milk using a hand blender or in a mixer until creamy.
2. Pour the strawberry smoothie into a bowl and garnish with your choice of toppings. You can use coconut flakes, flax seeds, chia seeds, fruit or granola.
