Peanut Protein Balls are little energy balls that not only taste delicious but are also a high-protein snack option. They are a convenient and delicious way to get protein while satisfying your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
80 g Oat flakes
chopped nuts (hazelnut or almond)
4 tablespoons Peanut Pow(d)er with dates
100 g chickpeas
2 dates
Some milk
Preparation
1. Process the chickpeas and dates in a blender or with a hand blender until they form a creamy but firm mixture. Add a dash of milk if necessary.
2. Then mix with the oat flakes, peanut powder and nuts to form a mass. Optionally add a few cocoa drops.
3. Form small balls and roll them in more chopped nuts.
