These delicious matcha cakes are a perfect combination of health and enjoyment! Made from ripe bananas, spelt flour and a generous portion of matcha powder, they not only offer a unique taste, but also the invigorating effect of matcha tea.
Ingredients
2 bananas
180 g spelt flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Some salt
2 tablespoons Matcha Pow(d)er
1 handful of chopped walnuts
75 g neutral oil
Preparation
1. Mash the bananas finely with a fork.
2. Mix the dry ingredients and then add the oil and mashed banana.
3. Pour the dough into small silicone muffin tins and bake for about 25 minutes at 175 degrees.
