Ingredients
1 cup of fine oatmeal
1 cup water
2 scoops coffee powder
0.5 cups plant-based milk
1 handful of puffed amaranth or quinoa
Fruit of your choice
Nuts of your choice
Preparation
1. In a small saucepan, mix the oat flakes with the coffee powder.
2. Add the plant-based milk and water and heat over medium heat for a few minutes.
3. When the porridge has a creamy consistency, pour it into a bowl and garnish with puffed amaranth, quinoa, nuts and fruit.
